10 Holiday Tablescapes

10 Holiday Tablescapes

As I plan for my holiday tablescapes I thought it would be fun to look back at tables I have styled for Celebrate & Decorate over the past four or five years.  I hope you enjoy looking back at these holiday tables, or enjoy taking a look at some of them for the first time.

The week of December 10th I will be hosting another tablescape blog hop, I hope you will stop by!  This beautiful swan was my inspiration for this pretty Winter Wonderland table I set for just my husband and I out on our balcony of our condominium.  A painted silver frame filled with sparkly faux snow made a perfect pond for my swan centerpiece to swim in.  Sometimes a holiday calls for a table full of a gathering of family and friends.  This garland provided a road for my Red Christmas Truck to drive on down the table to greet all seated at this table.  Black and gold set the scene for this Dapper Owl Dinner with top hat centerpieces and gold chevron glasses.  Using mini bottles of bubbly for place cards made this a dinner to celebrate! The reindeer ruled for this casual family holiday dinner.  The kitchen towels featuring stag’s heads made the perfect dinner napkins for this get-together.  As often happens, a dinner plate spotted at Home Goods inspired this elegant dinner for four.  Visit a Peacock Christmas to view all of the details!
For me this Christmas Table for Two is what I think of as a “fantasy tablescape”.  It is unlikely my husband and I would sit down to dinner in one of our parks here in Celebration, but this is such a pretty setting, it called to me to style a table A Traditional Christmas table was centered around my Fitz & Floyd reindeer.  Red and gold give a regal feeling to this tablescape.
Another table inspired by winter, pearls draped from a white leafless tree and a snow-inspired ruffled tablecloth made this Winter Wonderland table a luxurious backdrop for a dinner for four.  Simple in Red and White defined this Scandinavian inspired casual holiday dinner table for four.  How fun are these red carnation spheres?  Those are fresh red carnations and this was such a fun table inspired by the Chalkboard Ribbon and Ornaments.
