12 Fabulous Kitchens
Here are 12 fabulous kitchens, different colors, different styles, but all have aspects I love. I won’t be renovating my kitchen for a year or more, but a girl can dream, can’t she? I scour the magazines and Pinterest and hope that when I finally renovate I will know exactly what I want. If you were starting from scratch, which one of these kitchens would you choose?

I love this style of island with the slatted base and the open space. What do you think? Do you like the island being a different color than the cabinetry? I think it gives a more custom look.

I like some glass fronted cabinets, but not all of them! I don’t want to have to work that hard to keep every cupboard neat and clean and tidy. The brick backsplash is nice.

Oh! The blue tile is beautiful as is the board and batten on the walls.
Traditional Kitchen by Nashville Architects & Building Designers Norris Architecture
The brick accents in this kitchen have my attention. I have a couple of columns that I can’t get rid of, yet they get bumped into quite often which makes the paint take a lot of abuse. Brick facing them might add some great texture and would put an end to the abuse the paint is taking.

This gray cabinetry is dreamy. Do you think gray will go out of style too quickly to make an investment in this color?

The plate rack here is something I like and the color of the lower cabinets is dreamy.
Victorian Kitchen by Portland Interior Designers & Decorators Garrison Hullinger Interior Design Inc.
This is similar to what I think I will have room for in an island! I bet you thought I was going to say I loved the stove.
Traditional Kitchen by Millbrook Architects & Building Designers Crisp Architects
I don’t know if I will be changing out my floor, but this floor is calling to me, as is the rest of the kitchen!
Traditional Kitchen by New York Interior Designers & Decorators Anthony Baratta LLC
I think this is marble on the the island, love it and the prep sink in the island. I do worry about stains on marble in the kitchen, maybe this is granite?
Traditional Kitchen by Atlanta General Contractors Epic Development Give me a beam on my ceiling like this one, okay?
The last one with the table !darling!
They are all great, aren’t they?
#’s 2, 5, 8, 10 and 11 are my faves. However, if the fairy god-mother of kitchen renovations bestowed any of the others on me I would gladly take it. Oh the baking I could do in these kitchens!
Oh, I am right there with you Sandra! I see a new kitchen in my future…maybe 2017…or 2018!
I love white cabinets and a very timeless and classic looking kitchen. The fifth one from the bottom is probably my favorite. I love all of the storage space! I’m going to be redoing a kitchen for my parents in a home that needs some updating in Florida. We don’t have a big budget, but it’s not a very big kitchen. I’m hoping to do white cabinets with marble like or grey subway tile for the backsplash and granite counters.
I love the look of marble for the kitchen, but I fear it getting stained by red wine or my cookie frosting colors! EEEK! I hope you share the kitchen re-do on your blog!
