Celebrate Your Story! #124

Link Party

Here it is, another Monday!  How was your weekend?  I flew up to Ohio to help celebrate my father-in-law’s 8th birthday.  It was great to have so much family all together in one place!  We are a growing family, and coming months will bring a graduation party, a bridal shower and a wedding.  Do you have celebrations coming to your family this summer?  What is your favorite way to celebrate?

Featured Links from Last Week:

The most clicked link from last week was An Easy Change from An Easter Table to Spring from Shoppe No. 5.  We are all in that transition time of year and Debra’s tips were a popular link!

If you have been here at Celebrate and Decorate for a long time, you know I love all things Peter Rabbit and I was blown away by this Beatrix Potter Easter Hunt from Debee’s Buzz.  You must go over and check out all of the delightful details!

My second feature this week is this delightful fun Cake By the Ocean Cocktail from The Kitchen is My Playground.  Let’s toast summertime with a fun cocktail like this one!Sandra selected Adventures in Weseland’s Macy’s Flower Show post for one of her features this week.  It was fun for me to see the differences and similarities of the flower shows from one coast to another.  We will finish off with dessert, this one, an Old-Fashioned Strawberry Dessert from Sew Historically.  This has me wanted to run out and get the ingredients and get busy in the kitchen right now!

  2. Chloe, what a wonderful surprise to discover my Beatrix Potter tablescape featured! Thank you so very much! I finally put it all away this past weekend (sniff!) and it was such fun seeing it again on your blog today.

  3. Thanks for the party, Chloe! Sounds like you’ve got lots of fun family things planned for the summer. We don’t have any big celebrations on tap for this summer, but lots of smaller family gatherings are in store. Hope you have a wonderful week!
