Celebrate Your Story! #127
Link Party
This was a big weekend for me. My daughter and her family all came to stay and on Saturday night she left for U.S. Army basic training. I will miss her terribly but having a 3 year old and a 4 year old around will certainly keep me busy. I hope I am able to keep posting regularly here on Celebrate & Decorate, but if I seem to be sharing a little less, I hope you understand. Prayers for all of us are welcome as we all navigate the next ten weeks.
Featured Links from Last Week:
The lovely bird images Debra decoupaged onto bottles made the perfect vases for the blooming branches she cut and brought inside. Head over to Common Ground and check out her Birds and Branches.
My backyard is not yet what it is to become, so small space gardening is all I have available to me right now so I loved the How to Grow a Beautiful Garden in a Small Space from Carol at Bluesky at Home. She has really gotten creative and is sure to have lovely blooms this summer.
Sandra, baker, extraordinaire herself, selected Across the Blvd’s Luscious Lemon Cake to feature this week. Is there any flavor as fresh as lemon for summertime?
Another creative small space garden was selected for feature by Sandra. This is Easy Upcycled Marimekko Tin Can Planters from Claire over at Pillar Box Blue. You could select any fabric for these creative planters.
The most clicked this week is this scrumptious looking Marmalade Chicken Salad from Olla-Podrida. I am ready for summertime foods like this, how about you?
