Celebrate Your Story! #157

Link Party

Hello December!  Are you hanging in there?  Are you ready for the holidays?  Are you baking?  Are you shopping?  I have started baking Christmas cookies, cut outs, snickerdoodles, and more!  My family’s favorite is my cut out cookies.  They are a unique recipe my husband says is just enough savory and just enough sweet.  You can see my recipe for it here: Celebrating with Cookies.  I hope you are taking some time to enjoy the magic of the season, I am treasuring all kinds of special moments with the two little angels (most of the time) that are living with me this year.  This week I am so busy here on the blog, participating in a Christmas Tree Blog Hop, and TWO Holiday Home Tours!  Check back this week to see my holiday home!

Featured Links from Last Week:

I selected Small Touches of Christmas from The Little Yellow Corner Store for my feature this week.  I love all of the little touches and the holiday transformation of her buffet, but this washcloth Swiss Roll is my favorite by far!  Oh, Sandra’s pick this week has my mouth watering!  I am headed to chilly Ohio this weekend, and this could be on the menu!  These Homestyle Chicken and Biscuits from Marilyn’t Treats.  Marilyn assures that these are easy, so I could e trying these!  Not to be undone, Kari’s pick this week are these Wassail Poached Pears from Mrs. Kringle’s Kitchen.  What a wonderful and elegant holiday dessert these will be!

The most clicked link last week is the 6 Christmas Tablescapes from Everyday Living.  Pam always does such a great job with her table styling talents, it is nice to see a collection all together!
