How to create a Frankenstein Cookie for Halloween
How about whipping up some of these fun Frankenstein cookies! Easy enough for everyone, you can even get the kids involved! I will show you step by step how to decorate these Frankenstein cookies! 
Step 1 – Frost your cookie with a generous amount of green frosting, trying to smooth it as much as possible.
Step 2 – Add candy eyes.
Step 3 – Pipe on a heavy brow with the same green frosting, I used a number 3 tip.
Pipe the brow over the top edge of the candy eyes, so it appears he is looking out from under the protruding brow.
Using black-colored frosting, pipe a goofy smile.
Give him a little scar on his forehead.
Add some hair and you have Frankenstein!
