Chloe in the Kitchen ~ Pool or Beach Party Cupcakes

I had an occasion to spend a wonderful day at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park recently.  A dear friend was hosting a get-together there in one of their Beach Shacks.  I thought this event needed a special treat and created these fun cupcakes where the little Teddy Grahams are floating along their own lazy river in their own little inner tubes.

These were so easy to create, I frosted cupcakes in a bright blue frosting, tucked a Teddy Graham into the top of the frosting, and created an inner tube out of a tiny piece of Froot by the Foot.

I arranged the cupcakes to appear the bears were floating down the lazy river.

Our wonderful servers who took such great care of us at Typhoon Lagoon!  I made sure I brought cupcakes for them too!
