Ooh La La, It’s a Paris Party!

A Paris party is a fun way to celebrate with girlfriends!  Pink and black and feathers and flowers just say girlie fun, don’t they?  If you are looking to add a feminine touch to a gathering, be it a birthday or a bridal shower, this is a great way to celebrate and decorate!  (See what I did there?)

A Paris inspired party in Pink and BlackI set one long table with beverages, savory snacks and sweet treats.  My large silver light up Eiffel Tower set the scene with a luxuriant floral arrangement on one end of the table with an arrangement of pink and black plumes framed the other end of the table.

A Party in PInk and Black Celebrating all things ParisianTo set the mood, I served up Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato along with pink lemonade and orange juice for Pink Champagne cocktails or Mimosas.  I just set out all of my Champagne flutes out, the lucky girls got those two with the Eiffel tower stems.  I purchased those at Z Gallerie to use for a Valentine’s Day dinner with my hubby.

Appetizers for a Paris Inspired PartyFood offerings were mini-quiche, my take on mini Croque Monsieur, sliced baguette with brie and sliced pears, along with brie and goat cheese to spread on baguette slices and fig jam.  Tiny Eiffel tower picks dressed up the tiny sandwiches and quiches.

Pink and Black Parasols above a Paris Party TableThe pink and black parasols I got from Amazon were the perfect addition to hang above the table.  I used push pins and ribbon to hang them above my table.  I might actually use one of these the next time we have a rainstorm here in Florida, how fun would that be?  Celebrating Paris in Pink and black

Dessert offerings for a Pink Paris Party

Sweets included pink petit fours topped with Wilton pre-made white candy roses, individual servings of chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream and raspberries and pretty glass jars of strawberry bubble gum, Canada mints and pink jelly beans.  A Paris party is a wonderful way to celebrate and pink and black are classic Paris themed colors.  Do you need some more Paris party inspiration?  Check out this post of ideas that inspired me to host this fun gathering.
