Pink-eye Potion Halloween Cocktails
I had so much fun putting together a fabulous Pink and Black Glamorous Halloween Party. One of my favorite treats were my Pink-eye Potion cocktails. They are so easy, so delicious, fun and pretty! 
Investing in black martini glasses made these cocktails look special and kept the pink and black theme going for this special party. You can purchase black martini glasses similar to mine on Amazon. They really make a statement – especially for bright colorful drinks or desserts!
- Martini glasses
- Pink colored sugar
- Raspberry sherbet
- Sparkling wine, Champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling cider
- Dip the rim of each glass in water and then roll rim in a shallow bowl filled with pink colored sugar.
- Place a mini-scoop of raspberry sherbet in each glass.
- Top each glass off with sparkling wine or champagne of your choice!
- Serve immediately.
Easy, delicious and fun! Don’t forget you can also use non-alcoholic sparkling cider or even sprite to make this kid-friendly!
