The Easiest Chicken Ever!

I was at the salon getting my hair colored and was looking for a new chicken recipe.  Who knew I was the only one in the world who didn’t know about the easiest, best chicken ever!  I found the recipe in a magazine and when I asked one of the owners of the salon if she had ever had this chicken, it was like, “OF COURSE!, and it is really good if you don’t use bread crumbs, but use crushed potato chips!”

  1. This is an oldie and a goodie Chloe, I haven’t made it in a while, thanks for the inspiration! It’s really good with flavored chips too…

  2. Chloe, just catching up on what you’ve been writing – thanks as usual for the great ideas! While I’m usually incapable of cooking chicken (it’s ALWAYS rubbery, I think I’m cursed), this recipe looks easy and delicious enough for me to give it a go. Will add to my list for this week!
