Celebrate Your Story! #141
Link Party
How was your weekend? My husband and I flew from Orlando to San Antonio with our granddaughters on Friday and flew back to Orlando on Saturday, arriving in the early morning hours of Sunday morning. I am getting the house back together after our lengthy visit with the girls, but I am very ready to get back to my blogging. I have so many projects planned, both house projects and craft projects! I am looking forward to getting back into the blogging groove. Are you sending little ones off to school this week? This time of year still seems like a beginning time, even though I am no longer tied to the school year schedule. Once again, Sandra is taking a little break, so if you are coming over from Sweet Sensations, WELCOME!

Fall decorating ideas are filling my inbox and my Facebook feed and How to Preserve Fresh Wheat Stalks for Fall Decor was a perfect fit for a feature today! Leanna from Faeries & Fauna shares her simple method for adding these stalks to your fall home decor.
If you are considering buying a white couch you really need to read Why buying a White Ikea Couch and Chair Was a Huge Mistake from Centsible Chateau. Heather’s post caught my attention because a white couch is a given for a coastal style home like mine. Her story makes me so happy that I went with more of a vintage yacht club look with my pair of brown leather Chesterfield sofas. I guess I was going all practical with my features this week, but who can’t use 80+ Tips to Plan Your Home Build or Remodel? I know I don’t plan to build a new home, but I have so many remodel plans for our current home that I read every single tip and have saved this list for future reference! Check out all of the fantastic tips from Abbotts at Home!
I am finishing off my features this week with a fresh styled table, Dining Delight’s Green Apple & Buffalo Check Tablescape. The bright green paired with the black and white buffalo check is so fresh and just says “happy” to me!
The most clicked link this week was Belle Bleu’s Butler’s Pantry and More Kitchen Pictures. I think we are all always looking for kitchen inspiration and so many of us dream of the day we have our own butler’s pantry!

Beautiful features, Chloe! Love Leanna’s wheat tutorial!
I adore what Belle Blue did with the butler’s pantry and kitchen remodel. Great features!
I’m laughing at myself- I just realized I already posted what I added to the link-up in a previous one! Sorry about that! LOL….. I had a 2 year old here all last week and I think part of my brain left for a vacation!
Well I can certainly relate to that with my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters having just left after a 3 month visit!
Thanks for the party, Chloe. I’m looking forward to seeing lots of fall decor projects. Hope you have a lovely week.
