Celebrate Your Story! #49

I hosted a FB LIVE for Hometalk last Friday.  I don’t know if you saw it or not, but except for a little glitch with the video, it turned out pretty good.  Of course we all always want things like this to be perfect, don’t we?  I know I do.  How do you deal with the drive and desire you have to make everything in your life the best it can be.  I know I can’t be perfect, but I still strive for excellence.  I work toward bettering myself and my life each and every day.  I set goals, I write them down and I just keep moving forward  What are you moving toward?  What are your goals?  Do you write them down?

My first choice to feature this week is this wonderful Fall kitchen and dining room tour from Jolena over at While I Linger.  I had such a difficult time picking just one photo to feature from her tour.  Do stop over and check out all the lovely decor!

My second feature this week was this adorable Light Fixture Halloween Moon Light from Sadie Seasongoods!  Sarah never ceases to amaze me with her creative DIY projects, she really sees opportunity in so many things that I would just pass right by!Sandra’s first selection is this yummy Mexican Chicken Satay Recipe from Jennifer Priest!  These sound wonderful and delicious!  I understand why Sandra chose this delicious recipe!  Sandra must have been on a protein kick this week!  Her second feature is this scrumptious looking Perfect Porterhouse from Olla-Podrida.  Not only does this sound amazing, but Pattie’s photograph is outstanding.  The post comes with a little bit of poignancy, do take a moment to read it.
