Chloe in the Kitchen ~ Fun and Easy Easter Cupcakes
This week brings us Easter Sunday. I created these fun little bird’s nest cupcakes for a pre-Easter celebration. You can easily make these for Easter, or anytime you have a bird or perhaps owl-themed event.
Display these on a cute Easter dish!
To create these cupcakes, bake and frost your cupcakes as usual. Then use some edible Easter grass, cutting it into short pieces, and tuck it into the frosting to create your nest. Place three candy eggs or jelly beans in your nest and you are done! It couldn’t be simpler! Happy Easter and Happy Spring!
You could make it all edible by tinting some coconut for the nesting grass.
The grass I used was edible grass!
