An Elegant Blue Christmas Tablescape

Step into the enchantment of a blue Christmas with my latest tablescape, designed to captivate and inspire. Set against the backdrop of my deep blue dining room walls, this elegant holiday table blends sophistication and seasonal cheer. Shimmering blue mercury glass ornaments add a touch of brilliance, while crystal candlesticks cast a soft, magical glow. Luxurious white faux fur placemats and a matching table runner bring warmth and texture, creating the perfect balance of cozy and chic. Join me as I share how to create this stunning holiday look that’s sure to leave your guests in awe.

A holiday centerpiece can be as simple as this one. A pair of white faux fur placemats were set down in the middle of the table. I added a short festive garland and tucked blue mercury glass ornaments among the garland. the finishing touch is my often used crystal candlesticks.

A pair of large chinoiserie jars that are usually all that sit on the table are kept and moved to the ends of the table. These add additional color and interest to the tabletop.

Tall dark blue candles add elegance when tucked into crystal candlesticks. If you have trouble getting your candles to fit in your candleholders, these are my secret weapon!

The white faux fur placemats are such fun at the holidays. They add a coziness to the table on a cool winter evening.

I picked up these beautiful blue Saint Nicholas salad plates from At Home last year. Unfortunately, they are not carrying them again this year. At the bottom of this post I have linked up a variety of blue and white holiday plates you might use to style a similar table.

Spruzzo sapphire chargers from Z Gallerie set off the Marchesa Sapphire Plume dinner plates from Lenox.

The stemware I selected for this table is Navarre Clear wine glasses to add texture with their delicate pattern. The water glasses I used are everyday blue wine glasses to coordinate with the blues of this table setting.
