Celebrate Your Story! #190

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Wow!  That kind of sums up my experience at Haven this year.  I know this link party post every week attracts bloggers more than social readers.  If you are a blogger, even if you are not a DIY blogger, you can learn so much about blogging at Haven.  I went to classes on photography, SEO, Instagram, working with brands and more!  This was my third Haven, and this year I felt like I belonged.  Part of the reason for that feeling of belonging was because I knew other bloggers there!  I got to hug so many of you who come by and link up week after week.  It was so wonderful to meet those of you whom I have only “met” online!  Now it is time to get to work and put into action all of the things I learned!

    1. Oh, I hope you can come! Haven is such a wonderful experience! The connections with other bloggers, the workshops where you learn so much, it is all so amazing. I am still overwhelmed at all I learned and need to put into practice! I do hope you come, that would be amazing!!

  4. Chloe, thanks for the feature! Always fun to see someone enjoyed it.

The Haven conference sounds amazing. Can’t wait to go to one myself.

Question, I think you also mentioned a bloggers conference earlier this year, maybe in March, that took place on the west coast, which is where I’m located.
If so, would you say the two conference are similar?
Any advice on the pro and cons is appreciated!

    1. I went to SNAP in Salt Lake City. I won’t go back. Only part of it is because of the distance for me, moreover, it was quite small and not nearly the number of sponsors to potentially work with. The course sessions were similar with those at Haven being a little better. I would invest in coming to Haven if I had to choose, even spending more money!

  5. Thanks so much for hosting! I’m linking up with Who Is That in the Old Photo? 1. Thank you so much Beverly! I do hope you will come back again! I would love for them to incorporate a tablescape competition!! Wouldn’t that be amazing! I think it has really helped that I have gone 3 years in a row, the connections with people I have met a second and third time!

    1. It is such an incredible gathering of so many amazing bloggers. I am just blown away by all of it! The speakers this year, Egypt Sherrod, KariAnne Wood and Amy Howard were all really fantastic and inspiring!

  7. Thanks, Chloe for the advice on Haven vs SNAP. Very helpful in making a decision. I think I will make going to Haven a priority!
