Chloe at Home ~ Thoughts on a Nautical Interior

This summer as I am out and about shopping, I have seen so many wonderful decor pieces that would fit so well in a home decorated with  nautical decor touches.  I like a classic nautical look, maps, cleats, navy and white.  Below find some of my favorite nautical looks!  I would love to share your nautical decor with my followers!  Email me to find out how!

Stop by your local boating supply store and pick up some brass or stainless steel cleats to use for robe and towel hooks!  I found this image on Houzz!
Traditional Staircase by New Orleans Architects & Designers Bockman + Forbes Design.  How fun would this staircase be in carrying through the nautical theme in your home?
Traditional Kids by Milwaukee Architects & Designers Mitch Wise Design,Inc.  This room expresses the nautical theme without going overboard with boat models and anchors everywhere.
I found tis lamp at Home Goods this weekend at a bargain price versus the $168 it originally sold for at Anthropologie.    Don’t forget to always make a trip to a local Home Goods.  They carry a great selection of nautical-themed items, especially in the summer months.
These nautical rope rugs make a statement by your door.  These come from Nautical Luxuries, which has endless nautical-theme products for your home.
Traditional Living Room by Lake Wales Architects & Designers Rebecca C Brandon, ASID.  This is a lovely room with slight nautical touches that carry out the theme beautifully.
Have fun searching for your favorite nautical looks.  Consider adding some nautical touches to your home!  Share your favorite ideas with me!  Safe sailing!
