I am sharing a winter tablescape today, but you can tour all the cozy winter homes by clicking on the links you will find at the bottom of this post.
On Thursday I will be sharing how I made these glowing snowballs that I made to add warm glow to my winter table.
I often style a winter table with just silver and white, but this year I decided to add touches of blue. Faux boxwood placemats from Pier One Imports were used beneath the blue chargers.
The tablecloth I selected for this wintery table is a white quilt. It adds to the cozy feeling I was going for.
Ice blue chargers from Z Gallerie suggests the ice forming on lakes and ponds this time of year. You can find these on occasion at Amazon. Some manufacturers have begun making these in plastic which makes them much more affordable.
Evergreens that can be trimmed from your yard were used to build up the centerpiece with the snowballs tucked in amongst them.
Midnight blue napkins are tucked beneath silver salad plates which are topped with snowflake adorned appetizer plates we will set aside to use as bread plates.
How gorgeous is this stemware? I cannot take any credit for these lovely glasses. My husband had these when we got married. I have not used them often, as I am so very careful about their very delicate nature. These are Bohemian crystal with the prettiest pattern. The glow from the snowballs looks lovely through the glassware.
Next up is Paula from Virginia Sweet Pea, showing off her Winter Decorating!
Please settle in, get cozy and enjoy this lovely tour of Cozy Winter Homes!
