Celebrate Your Story! #87

It is time for another blog link party!  I am exhausted, but also enthused as I have just returned home from Haven. If you don’t know about Haven, I have included this from their website:  “Haven is open to all who are passionate about blogging, DIY projects, and creating beauty in the home for less. With a perfect mix of DIY and blogging sessions, it’s a conference not to be missed!”  I have come home with so many ideas swimming around in my head, I need a few days to organize it all and decide how to put my plans into action.  If you are a blogger, even if you aren’t a DIY blogger, there is so much to learn!  I have already put this on my calendar for next year!  I won’t be missing it!

Featured Posts from Last Week:

I guess I was won over by the beach themed tablescapes this week, they are both so pretty!  These seahorse salad plates set the scene in this one by Pattie at Olla-Podrida.

The second beach themed tablescape I selected this week came from Sheila at My Kentucky Living.  Her centerpiece is a great way to use sand on your table without having sand getting into your food!

Sandra selected the Easiest Grilled Vegetables Recipe for one of her features this week.  Not In Jersey shared this easy recipe using a grill basket.

With Sandra being an amazing baker of cakes, I am not surprised she selected this French Lemon Yogurt Cake from All That Jas.  I have no doubt Sandra will be trying this recipe herself! The most clicked link from last week came to us from See Lindsay.  Lindsay provided a great tutorial using a Cricut Explore and a Cuttlebug to make these pretty table numbers.

  1. Chloe, glad you enjoyed Haven (you did enjoy it, didn’t you?). Thanks for hosting us to celebrate our stories. I’ve summed up my lessons learned from renovating, and then went out into the garden – my stress reliever. 🙂
