Here we are, another New Year’s Eve. Do you celebrate the last night of the year? I have spent New Year’s Eve at big parties, quiet dinners, pizza delivered followed by watching the ball drop in New York City. Several years were spent indulging in a Magic Kingdom view from the beach at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, watching those marvelous fireworks displays ring in the new year. This year will be a quiet evening tucking the granddaughters into bbed early and spending a quiet evening with my husband and daughter before she heads back to Fort Sam Houston. The holidays have been good, but the visit with my daughter a little too fleeting. I hope your holidays have been blessed and you are looking forward to 2019.
My pick this week is this fantastic New Year’s Eve Tablescape: Diamonds and Top Hat from Debbee’s Buzz. I happen to have the same owl plates she used, but of course, I am crushing on the penguin ones!

Happy New Year Chloe! I’m like you, lots of different NYE. Even at Disney parks as my parents live in Orlando suburbs. A lovely start to 2019 to see the feature of my table, one that one of your tablescapes inspired! As soon as I saw that post (and before I started blogging), I called West Elm who found plates scattered at different stores and they shipped them free. Looking forward to more of your tablescape hops in 2019.
Happy New Year to you Debbee. I just bought the owl plates and I have given them to my daughter in law, who loves owls and is likely to use them entertaining! Iwill betting the schedule for the hops for the year together soon!
