Chloe in the Kitchen ~ Monkey Cupcakes

Easy to make and fun to serve Monkey Cupcakes are perfect for a party or just for fun!  Chocolate frosted cupcakes and some store-bought peanut butter cookies add personality to a little fellow like this one!

I used the store-bought peanut butter cookies for ears, a mini-vanilla wafer for the face, a miniature marshmallow cut in half to which I added a candy eyeball to each for the eyes.  A couple of dots of icing for nostrils and a smile made out of a red Air-Head candy.  This is so easy the kids can create these themselves!  These would be great for a circus or zoo themed party treat!
