Friday Favorites!
Friday Favorites!
Today I thought I would share some of my favorite things! I would love to hear what some of your favorite things are! Let me know in the comments below!
Many of you who live in snowy areas may not love the snow, but living in central Florida, images of snow like these pine tips frosted with snow is a joy to behold. Pam at Everyday Living shares so many gorgeous images in her Winter Musings post, you might want to browse, with a cup of hot chocolate!
Who doesn’t love a cookie? My plain cookie recipe is SO delicious, especially when topped with some frosting and pretty sugars! The secret is nutmeg! Get the recipe here!
I don’t spend a lot of time on Facebook, but I do follow a lot of inspiring pages and share those I love. This is one of the inspiring quotes that came across my page last week. Don’t wait! This one comes from Ha ha ha let’s laugh.
Ahhh, cheese! What a selection of delicious cheeses they have at Eataly in New York City! None of that processed sort-of cheesy stuff for this girl! If I am going to indulge, it is going to be the real thing! I can’t say I have a favorite, I enjoy the distinctive flavors of many different cheeses. Do you have a favorite?
While I am talking about cheese, I have to tell you how these are going to be one of my favorite treats from now on! These are Thumbprint Cheese Wafers with Pecans from Home is Where the Boat Is. Head on over and get the recipe from Mary!
Thanks so much for including my Thumbprint Cheese Wafers in your Friday Favorites Chloe! They’re my hubby’s favorites too, Happy Valentine’s Day ♥
Oh Mary, they sound so good, I can’t wait to make them (and eat some too)! I am really trying to share some great posts from fellow bloggers and this was one I LOVED!
What a fun cheese store! I’d have a difficult time getting out of there with my credit limit intact, LOL!! I love provolone, and brie I think most of all, but enjoy a wide variety of flavors.
Oh Carole, it is so much more than just a cheese store, too! But it is so fun to pick your favorites and dine right there!
I figured it was a full deli too. Those cheese offerings look scrumptious!
What wonderful favorites. I very much enjoyed my trip to Eataly and hope you get there too. Happy weekend!
I want to make those cookies, but perhaps I should use a four leaf clover and green sprinkles now that Valentine’s day is over. 🙁 Never too late to indulge I always say.
Hugs dear friend
