Flamingo tablesettingI spotted these fun flamingo salad plates at Beall’s.  I am lucky to have a Florida based store to find fun summertime dishes like these.  The dinner plates are from Kohl’s, and like the salad plates, they are all unbreakable, perfect for outdoor summer dining.  Flamingos everywhere at this fun summertime dinner.Fun Flamingo TablescapeI went all crazy with the flamingos!  I just had to have one of those giant pool inflatables, even though I don’t have a pool.  This float just might be finding its way to my neighborhood pool for fun!  Pink and Coral Flamingo TablescapeI used a coral colored twin size quilt for a tablecloth and topped it with round woven hyacinth placemats.  Although I have enough of the coral and yellow dinner plates, I chose to alternate the plates and used contrasting napkins for each place setting.  Flamingo Dinner Party Place settingThe salad plates look equally at home on the yellow dinner plates as they do on the coral ones.

Fun Flamingo glasses for a Summer Party. How fun are these glasses I found at Home Goods for just $2.99 each?  Because I spotted these fun glasses, I started thinking a flamingo party should be in the works, so sip your drinks from these flamingo embellished straws!

Mini Lawn Flamingos walk along the tabletop

Miniature lawn flamingos danced their way down the table parading through my long floral centerpiece.  Check out the big guy who is also sneaking up on the table!  Fun summertime flamingo themed tablescapeThere he is again!  Can you spot him peeking in at the corner of the table?  He was so much fun, everyone wanted to move him around or have him sitting next the them.  I brought my casual table chairs outside to make this a more comfortable dining experience for all of us.
