A Life in Celebration…
If you missed my last post and email, big news! My husband and I are moving to the Atlanta, Georgia area to be near our daughter and her family! We are so excited! My lovely house sold in just 9 days! Now, if I had just found a place to move into, things would be a little more settled. That will come, I am not worried about it. I am spending endless hours packing things that I don’t want to leave for the movers to pack.
I have loved my coastal styled home, but moving away from Florida and the Florida climate I have decided this will be a good time to change directions in my home decor. I am exploring all kinds of different looks and will be excited to see it all come to fruition in the coming year! I have really been leaning into the dark and moody looks for a primary bedroom and have shared all kinds of ideas in this new blog post.

What are your thoughts? If you were changing up the style of your home, where would you be leaning? Let me know in the comments at the bottom!
Even though all of the craft supplies are packed away, I still have plenty of Valentine craft and decor ideas over on the blog, so take a look if you are seeking some inspiration for the coming holiday!

Of course the Valentine cookie decorating party I had was one of my most favorite Valentine memories! My husband and I have never really been Valentine celebrators. Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?

I would normally be bringing out my artificial cherry blossoms this time of year, but they are staying packing in their bin for now. These usually sell out early in the year, but you might want to get some now. These are SO pretty, I am never ready to pack them away! You can get them right now from Amazon with this link. I like these so much, every year I seem to add a few more stems!

I am in Phoenix, Arizona with a few of my blogging friends, enjoying their company and really getting some needed blog work done. Hopefully you will see more new content here soon! One of the things I use when I travel like this is this battery bank that has four different connections that should cover any electronic items I have. Everyone here wanted the link for it, so I thought I would share it here too!
Thanks for reading this far! I am so happy to have you here!
Hugs, Chloe

So exciting !! I love a good move/change — yes it’s a lot of work, but so exciting. Enjoy your new opportunity to celebrate and decorate
Yikes. Moving from FL to GA will be a big change, but being closer to the “grands” will make it worth all the changes. We all have our own styles, however, dark colors would not be for me. Even though I’m in the northeast with a north facing house I try to keep things light & bright. By bright I don’t mean glow in the dark/neon colors.
Good luck with the move.
Exciting changes fir you this year! I have SAD. Dark and moody is not for me.
How is your father? Before you move can you show us the apartment over the garage? I love the idea.
Stay in touch. All the best in the big move.
I can understand that you want bright and cheerful decor! Dad is great, thanks! I think he is going to miss Lily as much as me! I will try and get up there in the apartment and show you what we have done! HUGS!!
