A simple garland, a couple of small trees and a single stocking make a welcoming statement for the holidays.

If you are lucky enough to have columns, wrap them with lights and then cover the wires with garlands of greenery.

Splurge on some of those giant Christmas ornaments, use a wreath on an urn and nestle them on top for a lovely, eye-catching display.  In lieu of purchasing the giant ornaments, use some garden gazing balls for the same look on a smaller scale.

Whatever look you choose to go with, enjoy decorating your entry, and know that your family, friends and neighbors will enjoy the decorations throughout the holiday season.
