Fall Home Tour
I am so happy to be joining in this Fall Home Tour, hosted by Andrea of Design Morsels. Andrea has organized this group of wonderful bloggers. We have all begun styling our homes for fall and are ready to share for your inspiration!

The Kitchen:
Of course the seasonal kitchen towels have come out. Do you bring out holiday or seasonal towels and then insist that no one uses them? No? Am I the only one? Did you see this burlap bag I styled for fall? I really thought this would be a decoration on a door, but when I put it down on my kitchen island, I knew I had found the perfect spot for this to sit.Seasonal decor keeps under control in the kitchen by corralling it all on my tiered tray.
This year faux apples, pumpkins and gourds are joined by this happy little fox. I got my little fox at Target last year, but I found this one for you. Do you decorate your kitchen for the holidays or the seasons? A cutting board set upon the island with seasonal cheese knives is at the ready for unexpected guests. Add some cheese and accompaniments and open the wine!Even my little salt cellar on a column in the kitchen gets the fall treatment tucked full of colorful maple leaves.
The Family Room:
Come on in and gather in the the family room. Of course the fall pillows have come out. Even though we don’t need a cozy blanket in Florida, fall means comfy blankets and throws in pretty warm colors.
Even though a few coastal accents still have a spot in the fire box, the mantel is draped in rich fall leaves, fruits and flowers.
The Tavern Room:
The sideboard in my tavern room has gone to fall with my little red truck filled with pumpkins, all ready to deliver to anxious families ready to get them carved for Halloween. This reminds me of our “Great Pumpkin Hunts” we did as a family when our children were small. Fall always meant a ride out into the Ohio countryside and down toward Amish country. We were on a search for ‘the great pumpkin’. My husband insisted that we always had to have a giant pumpkin, so off we went! The galvanized watering can next to my truck was a little decoupage project. Look for those seasonal napkins and decoupage something to add some autumn decor to your home.
I recently styled this Late Summer Tablescape in the Tavern Room which is a nice nod to the coming fall season.
You are definitely not the only one that insists on ‘hands-off’ the seasonal towels – lol! Those are pretty spectacular so who could blame you. Love the russet colours in your Fall decor Chloe!
Oh Sara, I am glad I am in good company with those towels just for display!
So beautiful Chloe, I’m ready to come over – so very warm and inviting. Thanks for sharing and wonderful doing the fall tour with you!
Oh, I can’t wait until we can visit in person!!
Chloe everything looks fall cozy and fabulous! I adore your pumpkin decoupage watering can, too cute! Your new fall burlap sack creation looks great paired with your fall tiered tray in the kitchen! {no, you’re not the only one who uses seasonal towels for decor and display only!!}
Thanks so much Jenna! I am glad you have those towels that people aren’t allowed to use, too!!
Chloe, I’m loving all your gorgeous seasonal decor! Your colors are so warm and cozy and the burlap bag makes the perfect accessory. And no, you’re not the only one who puts out seasonal towels…but doesn’t let anyone use them. My husband and boys always get so annoyed with me! So great to hop with you again!
Shelley
Thank you so much Shelley! I am so happy to be hopping with like minded women who don’t let people use their pretty towels!
Chloe you have so many amazing fall decorations. I’m going to copy your late summer table for Thanksgiving. I love it. The tiered try is such a good idea too. Thank you so much for being in the fall tour!
Thank you so much Andrea! Thank you for hosting this fun seasonal tour! You got me moving on fall decor and I am enjoying it so much!
I’m with you Chloe on “no-touch” towels. Love all your fall decor ideas. Tiered trays are always great pieces. I have to ask: what is a tavern room?
I’m chuckling at the hands-off towels. That’s the rule in our home too.
Everything is glowing with Autumn in your home, so pretty and I especially like the cute beaded fox in you tiered tray.
Even though it is 90 something degrees out when touring your beautiful Fall home I just felt so nice and comfy. Love everything you brought to us.
Chloe, your home looks lovely with all of the fall decor! I love the truck overflowing with pumpkins and the decoupaged watering can. That fabulous cutting board set caught my eye, as well. The living room looks so inviting with the decorated mantel and the cozy plaid throw and pumpkin pillow. Love it all! I have the same question as Carol about the Tavern room…
All of your Fall decor is so cute. I love how you use your tiered tray to corral it. Great idea.
Chloe,
Your home looks beautiful and cozy. I’m working on fall crafts but no decorations for a few weeks. It’s too hot for me but the crafting ideas will be shared.
Cindy
I love your style and always enjoy seeing your decorations! This tour has given me good ideas to use because I absolutely LOVE decorating for the season rather than a specific holiday. Once I start putting out my fall decor, there will be changes until Thanksgiving. I live in Pennsylvania, so as Christmas time approaches, I tend to incorporate more of a winter theme, which I adore.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
Maria
Really inviting and lovely. Makes me forget it’s nearly 100 degrees today.
Can’t wait to see the front porch next.
Although it doesn’t feel like Fall here in good old Florida, you mange to bring it out Chloe. Beautiful and creative as always.
