The Details:

When I first spotted these magnolia plates a couple of years ago at Pier One, there was no question that they would come home with me.  The silk magnolia napkin rings are also from Pier One.

Gold seemed the perfect accent or my magnolia tablescape.  When I spotted this bottle of Gold Prosecco I knew I would add it to my tabletop AND menu!

Square gold chargers frame my pretty plates.  For a little extra glitz, I added a second dinner plate in gold beneath the large magnolia plate.

The foliage and the magnolia blooms are from the trees in my yard,  Our larger magnolias have finished blooming, but our small ones are still sharing their fragrant blossoms.

Gold flatware from West Elm and gold-dipped wine glasses complete the gold glitz added to the table.

I used the same magnolia dishes when I styled Dining Alfresco on the Front Porch.

Green and white napkins were layered together and tucked into the napkin rings.

The whole picture:

This magnolia tablescape is a classic look that is perfect for a dinner for any special occasion.  Magnolias are such a classic southern thing, you can also see how to Make a Golden Magnolia Leaf Wreath.

    1. I am so lucky to have them still blooming out in the yard. I am really beginning to learn what I can grow here in Florida and will be anxious to have more blooms I can cut and bring indoors.
